Our Premium Wines From Napa Valley
Our Barbera boasts
luscious,
blackberry jam flavors in the mouth with hints of
plums, dark cherries and
chocolate. This wine will pair well with pastas with
either red or cream sauces, meats or barbeques--or
simply by itself for your everyday enjoyment.
We grow Merlot on a fertile valley floor in warm
sunshine with cool evenings. The temperature
contrast adds character to this soft, mellow fruit.
We blended our fruit with other grapes from Sonoma
and Lake counties to add complexity. The dark plum,
black cherries and currant flavor will work well
with food: lamb, poultry, port and soft cheeses, or
simply by itself for your everyday enjoyment.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is bright, bold and
full-bodied, but smooth on the finish. We grow it in
rocky soils, with hot days and cool nights kissed by
early morning fog. The dark color is enhanced by
aromas of pepper and spice. The primary flavors are
of black currants, blackberries, cherries and
pepper. Drink this now by itself for your everyday
pleasure! It will also enhance roast meats, most
cheeses and chocolate.
About Our Wine Label
This beautiful painting hangs in our dining room,
reminding us of ourselves in our younger years. Back
then we didn't have much of anything except each
other! Still, we enjoyed those quiet romantic
interludes between raising children, farming and
life's hectic pace.
